Fitbit Keeps Failing to Sync

Fitbit all day sync missing: First and foremost, here are a few general procedures to take to troubleshoot your iPhone or Android device:

1. Make sure your Fitbit is fully charged before you start using it. Many people don’t remember to charge their Fitbit tracker regularly because of the device’s extended battery life. Therefore, it’s best to wait at least 30 minutes after removing the device from the charger before trying to re-sync it.

2. Make sure your Fitbit is working correctly by restarting it. To restart a Fitbit, you have to place it in the charger and push the side button for around 10 seconds till it continues. The procedures vary depending on the Fitbit model. However, nothing will be lost if you restart your computer except for notifications.
