5. Creating Channels and Categories
Every Channel is nothing but a chat area for all the people to talk on that Server. So, There are Two Types of Channels, a Text Channel, and a Voice Channel. People generate multiple avenues for different purposes.
There are channels to talk about textures, Builds, beta versions, various Minecraft apps like technical support, Dungeons and Earth, and regular chat for Minecraft players. Now, Voice channels are mostly used to communicate with people on the Server while on the game. Also, Admins create pathways for rules to follow on their Server, FAQ, announcements, and the channel list to describe all the channels in that Server.
Therefore, to create a channel in your Server, click on the server name at the top-left corner and then click on Create Channel.
Now Select the type of circuit you want to create, give it a name, and Click the Create Channel. You can also do it privately so that people with invites can participate.
Here Coming to Categories, you can Create Categories by Click on the Server Name at the top-left corner and then click Create Category. Specific Categories section lets you divide your channels based on Context.
Open your Category a Name and then Click Create Category. Presently, you can drag your channels into different types so that you can track them quickly.
